Fire Tablet Ad

Project

Lego approached the Amazon Advertising team to create an ad integrating two physical products, a video, and a mobile app game promoting Nexo Knights.

Result

The ad experience integrated 3 types of content into one cohesive and engaging experience. This launch marked the first “Storybook Ad” on the Amazon Fire tablet. I worked closely with the UX team and product engineers to test and launch this new ad product, and it successfully launched, with a 7.5% engagement rate.

Page 1 • Product focus

The wakescreen (for customers with Fire Tablet with Ads) features two Nexo Knights products. The customer can explore further by tapping one of the thumbnails, or may continue to the Lego brand store by tapping the Shop now CTA.

 
 

Page 2 • Story focus

By tapping the second thumbnail, the customer is brought to the second page of the storybook. This page showcases a character from one of the two main products, along with a short paragraph about the story. The customer may continue to explore by tapping one of the thumbnails or learn more about the story by tapping the Watch video button.

 
 

Page 2 • user flow

By tapping the Watch video CTA, the customer is brought to the a video which tells the story of the Nexo Knights characters. They have the option from the video or the end slate to click Shop now or download free game, which will lead them to the brand store or app store.

 
 

Page 3 • Game focus

The third page of the storybook features characters from the products and a short paragraph about the game. The customer may continue to explore by tapping one of the thumbnails or may continue to the app store by tapping the Download now button.

 
 
 

 
 

Amazon Advertising

Lego Batman Landing Page

Project

Lego approached the Amazon Advertising team to create a custom landing page on the Amazon website for their new Batman movie toys. The landing page integrated Amazon search, allowing customers to search four different keywords related to The LEGO Batman movie. Upon searching, customers are then taken to a custom landing page with animation related to the specific keyword.
